We are Castle Village Farm, a group of more than 250 partners brought together by our love of racing and our desire to have fun as thoroughbred race horse owners.

So far, we’ve been successful, and lucky.  Click here to see our results. Our very first purchase, Flippy Diane, won the Maryland Million Distaff Stakes for us in only her second start for Castle Village.  We returned to reality after that great beginning, but we've continued to earn money on the track. In the more than six years since we began, our horses have averaged  over $4,600 per start, and we've had 56 wins (13%) and 180 in-the-money finishes out of 432 starts (42% in the money). In 2006, through May 31st, we have 8 wins (15%) and 30 in-the-money finishes (58%) out of 52 starts, with earnings of over $441,000 ($8,500 per start).

While we began with claiming horses, and that's still an important part of our stable, we've also purchased a number of yearlings and two-year-olds. Our new partnerships include yearlings and two-year-olds purchased both privately and at auction, as well as claiming horses.
